Paintings

In addition to the Secretary of the Treasury portraits, the Department possesses a diverse collection of original artwork pertaining to the history of the Treasury Building and Department. Like the antique furnishings, the artwork is displayed in restored rooms, public spaces and executive offices. Periodically, small exhibits are organized in the Treasury Building to illustrate particular aspects of Treasury's history and the diversity of the collection.
