NMFS is leading the recovery planning effort in California and Southern Oregon.  Working with several partner agencies and organizations our goal is to recover salmonid populations to sustainable levels. The intention of the site is to facilitate communication between NMFS and the public regarding the goals, progress, and implementation of salmon recovery efforts and opportunities for public participation.
