| The food science faculty and programs from
the University of Idaho (UI) Department of Food Science and Toxicology and the food science faculty and programs
from the previous WSU Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition have merged to form the Bi-State School
of Food Science. http://www.sfs.wsu.edu
The UI Department of
Food Science & Toxicology will now be called the School of
Food Science.
Our main office
remains in room 111 of the Ag Science building. All contact
information remains the same. Over the next several weeks we
will be updating our website.
