I hope the following links to helpful websites will provide information for those constituents contacting my office for assistance with delays they are experiencing with petitions or applications they have filed with the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services, finding a status of their applications, and information on where to obtain forms and filing instructions. Additionally, constituents who have applied for international adoption approval and labor certification seek assistance with obtaining their approval from the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services at a timely rate. Requirements
If you need assistance in any of these immigration or citizenship issues, you may fax or mail the completed forms, with any supporting documentation, to one of Senator Snowe's state offices.
