Utilization, price, and spending trends for antidepressants in the US Medicaid program.

This article examines antidepressant utilization, price, and spending patterns in Medicaid programs.  Among other findings the authors conclude that increases in antidepressant spending owed largely to increased use of the drugs but also to increases in per-prescription costs.
