The Office of Marketing & Customer Service in the Office of Communications & Public Liaison creates, implements and evaluates the overall marketing and outreach program to meet the broad needs of the U.S. Small Business Administration and its network of field offices serving small business interests across the country. The OMCS ensures the proper branding of SBA as "Your Small Business Resource." SBA’s marketing efforts include development of a wide variety of print and audio-visual materials, and fostering alliances with associations, corporations and government agencies.
