Aviation HAZARD reports are no longer posted on this page. You access them through the Web Enabled Safety System (WESS). If you do not have an account, you can request one via the following webpage: https://wess.safetycenter.navy.mil/wess/index.html

If you are experiencing "Page Cannot Be Displayed" when attempting to access https://wess.safetycenter.navy.mil, this may be related to a setting in your internet browser. Microsoft Internet Explorer users can check this setting by performing the following instructions in an open IE window:

• Go to Tools/Internet Option/ tab to advanced
• Scroll down to Security
• Use TLS 1.0 must be unchecked

Helpdesk continue to receive calls regarding the above setting. We have included this on the WESS page, but it appears as though we should add this text to other locations where the user can link to WESS from NSC home page.
