FOIA FEE SCHEDULE
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) permits agencies to recover some of the costs
of processing a FOIA request from the requester. 5 U.S.C. §552. NCUA regulations
concerning fees for FOIA requests can be found at 12 C.F.R. §792.19 - §792.26. Requests
that fees be waived or reduced must address the factors listed at 12 C.F.R. §792.27.
Fees will only be assessed if they exceed the minimum billing amount of $5.00.
- Professional level staff.............$50.00 per hour
- Clerical level staff.................$19.00 per hour
Computer searches are billed at $50.00 per hour plus cost of operating computer.
- Duplication..........................$0.10 per page
- Floppy Disks.........................$1.20 each
- CD ROM ..............................$5.00

The fees for any product or service not listed here will be determined on a case-by-case
basis, but will not exceed NCUA's actual, direct cost.
