The following applications are queries related to credit union data.


Coming September 1, 2009: Credit Union Online - Credit Union Profile and 5300 Call Report - The National Credit Union Administration has developed an integrated, online system to capture and display credit union information. This environment includes an online application for credit unions to manage profile information and submit their 5300 Call Report and Report of Officials data. Please reference the following frequently asked questions and system overview for additional details.

Credit Union and Bank Rate Data

Find a Credit Union - Allows you to find a federally insured credit union in the United States. This query also allows the user to view 5300 and FPR reports.

Financial Performance Report - Users may request FPRs immediately after a credit union uploads its Call Report for the cycle. Peer average ratios and aggregate FPRs are available approximately 6-8 weeks after the cycle date.

PLEASE NOTE: If a single user processes more than 30 FPR requests per day, expect delays in the processing of those requests.

Frequently Requested Credit Union Data -

  • Data-1 - This application sends a text file of Credit Union information to the requestor via E-Mail. The data included in the file is: Federal Charter#, Cu Name, Phone #, Fax #, Hours of Operation, President, Manager, Name of primary share and loan information processing vendor.
  • Data - 2 This application sends a text file of Credit Union information to the requestor via E-Mail. The data included in the file is: Charter Number, Credit Union Name, Event Date (yymmdd), Event Type, Surviving Charter Number.
  • Data - 3 This application sends a MS Excel file of completed mergers for the last 3 years. The data included in the file is Merger_Name, Street, Address, Event_Date, Merged_Join_Number, Merged_CuNum, New_Name, New_JoinNumber.
  • Data - 4 This application sends a MS Excel file of Credit Union information to the requestor via E-Mail. The data included in the file is: Charter#, Join Number, CU Type, Region, State Code, County Code, Cu Name, Mailing Address, Physical Address, When open, Congressional district, SMSA, Tom-Code and Update-Date.

Custom Query - Allows the user to select specific quarterly data for groups of credit unions.

5300 Application and Utilities - Links to the 5300 collection program and forms. You may request replacement packages here.

Credit Union Password Management Panel - This application is for NCUA Credit Unions only, not the general public. This application allows users to manage/change a Credit Union's passwords for various NCUA applications.

5300 Quarterly Data - Data collected during the quarterly financial reporting cycles.

Report of Official Software - Software and forms to register the officials of a credit union.

Share Insurance Estimator - An online question-and-answer tool that allows you to estimate the amount of insurance you have for your deposits.

FOM Application - This is an application for use by credit unions to make changes to their field of membership.
