In the report "Chlamydia Screening Among Sexually Active Young Female Enrollees of Health Plans --- United States, 2000--2007," errors occurred in the 2005 and 2006 data presented in the table on page 364 and in the percentage change reported for Colorado. The corrected table follows. In addition, the fifth sentence in the paragraph before "Reported by" on page 363 should read, "Screening decreased in several states from 2006 to 2007."
