Abstract: This presentation made was at the 2008 Federal Privacy Summit by Binoy Agarwal, Information Security Specialist, FTC. He co-presented with Niels Quist, Senior Counsel, Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties, DOJ and Peter E. Sand, Director of Privacy Technology, DHS. The slides were presented on October 23, 2008 at the Department of Commerce at a breakout session to more than 100 federal IT workers. The event was co-sponsored by the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of E-Government and the Privacy Committee of the Federal CIO Council.
