Abstract:
A statement to address the Homeland Security IT investments by the office of Information Technology and Electronic Government within OMB, stressing effective use and leverage of IT to provide for homeland security and allow the different component agencies to share information. Highlights of the statement include the key principles for unifying an IT infrastructure, Homeland Security IT Investment and Business Systems Review Groups and the OMB Homeland Security IT Memoranda.
