Abstract:
Summary of the security programs that Federal CIO's believe provide a necessary operational foundation for improving cyber security protection across the government. The priority of CIOs is to rapidly improve controls in order to provide what is viewed as `adequate' security and to provide tools and sound practices to help Federal agencies achieve secure systems.
