Learning that Facilitates Management of High Performance Teams

Abstract: This presentation made was at the 2006 Federal IT Summit by Dr. Letitia Combs, Director of Training for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. The title of the presentation was Active Management of High Performance Project Teams: Strategies for Developing Expertise. Dr. Combs was joined by and Dr. Owen Gadeken, Professor of Engineering Management at the Defense Acquisition University and Dr. Edward Hoffman, Director, Academy of Program and Project Leadership, National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Their presentations are also posted here. The slides were presented on October 4, 2006 at the FDIC training center to over 300 federal IT workers. The event was co-sponsored by the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of E-Government and the Federal CIO Council’s IT Workforce Committee.
