Abstract:
As announced at the May 27th CIO Council Meeting, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) will launch the IT Dashboard website by June 30, 2009. Through the IT Dashboard, agencies and the public will have the ability to view details of Federal IT investments online and to track their progress over time. Initially, the IT Dashboard data will be based on the agency Exhibit 53 and Exhibit 300 submissions. This will include all Federal IT investments, in all stages of development (Planning, Acquisition, and Operations & Maintenance.) After the launch of this site, agency CIOs will be responsible for updating this data on a monthly basis. This document provides initial guidance to CIOs on the IT Dashboard
