Abstract:
The Statement of the Federal CIOC addresses accolades to the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), its leadership panel, and the IT Pay Study Project Leadership Committee for their significant contribution to informing the Council and the public on IT human capital challenges and opportunities in their report Making the Federal Government an Employer of Choice, "It presents a comprehensive, fair, and balanced discussion of how the Federal government needs to adapt so that it fulfills its Information Technology (IT) talent needs."
