Abstract:
The Computer Competencies Initiative U.S. Department of Education Strategic Plan: 1998 - 2002 states the objective "The Department's employees are highly skilled and high performing" with its Performance Indicator: "By 2000, 75% of employees will demonstrate the basic computer competencies identified in the Department's computer competency standards." The documents also provides the supporting competencies.
