Creating High Performance Project Teams

Abstract: This presentation made was at the 2006 Federal IT Summit by Dr. Owen Gadeken, Professor of Engineering Management at the Defense Acquisition University. The title of the presentation was Active Management of High Performance Project Teams: Strategies for Developing Expertise. Dr. Hoffman was joined by Dr. Letitia Combs, Director of Training, Office of the Director of National Intelligence and Dr. Edward Hoffman, Director, Academy of Program and Project Leadership, National Aeronautics and Space Administration Their presentations are also posted here. The slides were presented on October 4, 2006 at the FDIC training center to over 300 federal IT workers. The event was co-sponsored by the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of E-Government and the Federal CIO Council’s IT Workforce Committee.
