Abstract:
A guide on successful mentoring for new mentors, provides a review of information for those who have mentored, and provides insight to the protégé to be used throughout the CIO mentoring process. Topics include what it means to be a mentor, the roles and responsibilities during your tutelage, the general skills required for IT-related positions, and the different styles that can be adopted to meet the unique demands of a mentoring relationship.
