Abstract:
This report presents the findings from Applied Information Economics (AIE) Methodology pilot performed at the Department of Veteran Affairs concerning investment in its information security program which when implemented will reduce information security risks across the Department. AIE is an analytical methodology that applies proven and practical scientific and mathematic methods to the IT decision-making process.
