Council members deliberate over IT investment data.
The structure of the CIO Council changes to meet the evolving needs and concerns of the Federal information technology and business communities. Currently, the CIO Council has the following committees:
  • Architecture & Infrastructure
  • Best Practices
  • Information Security & Identity Management
  • IT Workforce
  • Privacy
  •  
    The CIO Council also has working groups focusing on Data.gov, Cloud Computing and IT Capital Planning.
    Along with committees and working groups, the CIO Council has relationships with other organizations:
  • Chief Acquisition Officers Council
