The Director of National Intelligence testified before the Committee on May 19, 2009 on the Administration’s legislative proposals for inclusion in the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010. On May 22, the DNI submitted proposed text for the major part of the Administration’s legislative proposals for the FY 2010 intelligence authorization, and on June 15, 19 and 25, and July 7, 2009, submitted eight additional sections that had cleared the OMB review process. For each proposed section, the DNI’s submission also included a sectional analysis.
