Interpretive Rulings & Policy Statements
The following list provides links to Interpretive Rulings & Policy Statements
(IRPS) issued by NCUA throughout the years. The list is divided into two categories:
first, those IRPS currently in effect and, second, IRPS that have been withdrawn.
Generally, the NCUA withdraws an IRPS once it becomes unnecessary, outdated, or,
in some cases, is replaced by a regulation published in the Code of Federal Regulations.
The withdrawn IRPS are included here because they may be of interest for research
purposes.
