Executive Vice President, Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities

As Executive Vice President, Pam Rodriguez oversees service delivery to nearly 30,000 individuals referred to TASC by Illinois courts, corrections, and child welfare systems each year. She also directs new program development, quality assurance, research, and public policy activities.

Ms. Rodriguez has more than 25 years' experience in program development, implementation, clinical service delivery, quality improvement, and administration. An expert in managing effective service delivery within complex service systems, she serves as liaison between TASC, large public systems, treatment and other service providers, and state and federal funding entities.

Ms. Rodriguez provides research, training, and consulting services for local, state, and national entities. She was appointed in 2007 to serve as a practitioner member of the Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, an independent organization in the U.S. executive branch that coordinates all federal juvenile delinquency prevention and detention programs. She also served as a board member of National TASC, a membership association of TASC programs across the country.

In Illinois, Ms. Rodriguez serves as a member of the oversight board for Redeploy Illinois, an initiative to reduce youth incarceration by supporting local efforts to offer community-based treatment for juvenile offenders. She is an advisory panel member of the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) Jane Adams Substance Abuse Research Collaboration, president of the Chicagoland Childcare Services Network, and a member of the Juvenile Justice Commission and the Criminal Court of Cook County Principal Committee and Disproportionate Minority Confinement Committee.

Ms. Rodriguez earned her master's degree in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago.
