CMS Releases Proposed Rule on 2010 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule

On July 13, 2009 CMS published in the Federal Register the proposed Medicare physician fee schedule (MPFS) for 2010. The Rule can be found at: edocket.access.gpo.gov. ASGE has prepared a summary of the proposed rule. CMS will accept comments until August 31, and will respond to all comments in a final rule to be issued by November 1, 2009.
