“I could not get any advice about living as an amputee from anywhere else outside of this camp. In my community, there are no sports for amputees. However, at amputee camp, I was able to play disc golf, tennis, go swimming, go fishing, play basketball, and even go boating! Amputee camp has helped me in so many ways to become a better person and to have more confidence in myself. I look forward to this camp every year because camp week is truly one of the best weeks of my year.” - Alex The Amputee Coalition of America is pleased to offer a new series of audio podcasts on a wide range of topics related to limb loss and your health.
