Miller, Jr., to be an Assistant Secretary of Energy (Nuclear Energy) and Director of the Office of Civilian Radioactive Waste, Anthony M. Babauta, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Interior (Insular Areas), and Jonathan B. Jarvis, to be the Director of the National Park Service. The Committee will also consider H.R. 1275 and H.R. 2938. This business meeting is open to the press and the public but will not be webcast or audiocast.
