Comptroller of the Currency Hosts Community Bank Directors Workshop
on Compliance Risk in Lexington, Kentucky
WASHINGTON — The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency will host a compliance risk workshop for national community bank directors at the Crowne Plaza, Lexington, Kentucky, September 25.
The workshop entitled, “Compliance Risk: What Directors Need to Know,” provides practical information that expands bank directors' skills and understanding of issues facing their banks.
The workshop costs $65. Attendees receive a pre-course
reading package, course materials, an OCC telephone seminar
CD, other appropriate supervisory materials, a continental
breakfast and lunch. The workshop is limited to the first 50
registrants and is geared primarily to outside directors of
national community banks with assets of less than $1 billion.
Management directors may also find the workshop
beneficial.
