Susan: Following are three reports available online that present lots of
thought for a desktop review of workplace LLN issues and practices. The
first reference includes citations of online resources for doing a
workplace basic skills task analysis (e.g., Maurice Taylor, Canada) and an
extensive discussion of issues and methods of evaluation of workplace LLN
programs based on the earlier U.S. National Workplace Literacy Program and
