Colleagues,
 
I would like to thank our guests Tom Mechem, Wendy Quinones, Forrest
Chisman and Cynthia Zafft for their time and willingness to share on the
List this week.  
 
Thanks also to List members who made the conversation so rich and
varied.
 
As usual, I will prepare the discussion in a user-friendly format and
post it at the NIFL website for your use.  I think, perhaps though, it
might take me longer than a couple of weeks - there are very many posts
and many branching threads.   I will certainly let you know when the
transcript is posted and available.
 
Please feel free to carry on with the discussion if you are so inclined.
