I work with seniors.  Can anyone tell me where to find information about developing client satisfaction surveys for seniors.  I'm looking for information re. what would be helpful for people with visual, cognitive difficulties associated with advancing age.

Thanks.

Bertie

Some confusion here, I guess.

My note was in reply to the person seeking information about online
printing options for the visually impaired.

www.dlife.com offers a 3 font size
option for printing documents on their home page. The merits of how they
provide content is another matter.

My apologies if the brevity of my note
created the misunderstanding.
