Specify the topics to be covered by the training program and when it will be completed. If training in the responsible conduct of research has been completed within the last three years and the sponsor considers that the applicant is appropriately trained in this domain, the applicant may document the training completed (specifying the topics covered and the date of completion) without proposing a new training plan.
