Long Term Care

How do I contact the Retirement Office?

Answer:

If you have questions about your coverage, premium payments, or demographic changes, you should first contact Long Term Care Partners (LTCP).  As the administrator of the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP), LTCP has all your FLTCIP account records.  Your retirement office does not have access to these.

You will need to contact LTCP directly in order to change your address, your billing method, or for other inquiries or changes to your account.  You can reach them at 1-800-LTC-FEDS (1-800-582-3337)  (TTY: 1-800-843-3557). LTCP regular hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern Time.
