Vision

How much do I pay for coverage?

Answer:

Please visit vision premiums to find out the cost of vision coverage.

Eligible employees pay for coverage via pre-tax payroll deductions. Premiums are paid on a pre-tax basis (premium conversion) if you are an active employee and your salary is sufficient to make the premium withholding.
