Our role includes:

• developing, implementing, and communicating governmentwide employee relations policy;
• exercising OPM's authority to intervene or seek reconsideration of erroneous third party decisions;
• facilitating an interagency group that works to identify and address the needs of the Federal employee relations community; and
• hosting employee relations forums for Federal practitioners.
