Fourth District - Throughout the month, Congressman David Price will be traveling the Fourth District to speak with constituents and answer questions. Constituents can catch up with Price at one of two town hall meetings, at a budget workshop in cooperation with the Concord Coalition, or at a speech he plans to deliver about the situation in Iraq.
