Synopsis: E58868X – Atlassian Database Software Licensing and Maintenance

The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure Atlassian Database Software Licensing and Maintenance Services on a sole source basis. Atlassian is the current Database Software Licensing and Maintenance in use at the NSF and is a proprietary product of Atlassian.  No other source can meet the requirement due to warranty and maintenance issues. See Numbered Note 22 (delete “forty-five days” and replace with “five days”). The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to sponsor with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106.
