Mission
The OACSIM provides policy formulation, strategy development, enterprise integration, program analysis and integration, requirements and resource determination, and best business practices for services, programs, and installation support to Soldiers, Families, and Civilians of an expeditionary Army in a time of persistent conflict.
Vision
The OACSIM Vision is that Army Installations provide a source of balance and an environment in which Soldiers, Families, and Civilians can thrive, a structure that supports unit readiness in an era of persistent conflict, and a foundation for building the future.
Army Community Covenant Web site
The Army Community Covenant is tailored at the local level, with civic leaders at both local and state levels participating in covenant signings, commencing on 17 April 2008, recognizing the strength of Army Soldiers and their Families and the support of their local Community.

Army Family Covenant
Senior Army Leaders across all U.S. Army installations world wide have signed Army Family Covenants with their Army Families, recognizing that Families support the Soldiers, who support the Army that defend the Nation.
