Review of Oxaliplatin Billing at San Joaquin General Hospital for Calendar Years 2004 and 2005

Executive Summary

For calendar years 2004 and 2005, San Joaquin General Hospital billed Medicare for an incorrect number of service units for the two oxaliplatin outpatient claims that we reviewed and received overpayments totaling approximately $42,000.
