Review of TrailBlazer Health Enterprises, LLC Medicare Payments to Providers Terminated From January 1, 2003, Through January 31, 2007

Executive Summary

Prior to our audit, TrailBlazer had not recovered $227,000 in unallowable payments made to 8 providers for 631 claims that were not eligible for payment because the services were provided on or after the dates that the providers were terminated from the Medicare program.
