Review of Section 1915(c) Mental Retardation or Related Conditions Waiver Services at ACR Homes, Inc., From July 1, 2004, Through June 30, 2005

Executive Summary

The Minnesota Department of Human Services claimed waiver services totaling $9,559 ($4,780 Federal share) that did not comply with Federal or State requirements, and we estimate that it claimed waiver services totaling $198,539 ($99,270 Federal share) that may not have been allowable for Medicaid reimbursement.
