Please join Congressman Bilirakis for a Homeowners Education Seminar on February 16th from 2 to 5 p.m. to discuss a myriad of issues facing homeowners today, particularly in the face of rising foreclosures and mortgage rates.

This event is free and open to the public.

Participants will include representatives from the Federal Housing Administration, as well as officials from state, county and nonprofit agencies.
