Renovation of the NIH Library continues in November. While new shelving is installed on the lower level, Library staff will retrieve books for you and direct NIH employees to the temporary photocopier room. We are doing our best to minimize any inconvenience this may cause.
NIH Users
If possible please submit requests for books and journal articles to us electronically through the NIH Library website, and we will respond, generally, within two to three business days. For immediate needs, please let us know at the Information Desk and we will retrieve the materials for you.
Other U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Agency Users
(ACF, AHRQ, IHS, OS, PSC, SAMHSA)

Non-NIH or Non-HHS Users
We regret that we will be unable to meet the needs of library users who are not NIH or HHS staff. For this temporary period, we refer you to LocatorPlus, the online catalog of the National Library of Medicine.
