Join guest instructor Doug Nguyen, Customer Education Specialist with Thomson Reuters, for training in the latest versions of EndNote and Reference Manager. Learn to download references from online databases, share references with colleagues, and cite references in Microsoft Word 2007.
Students will learn to:
- Create and add records to an EndNote library or a Reference Manager database.
- Import references from online databases.
- Use EndNote or Reference Manager with Microsoft Word 2007.
- Search an EndNote library or Reference Manager database.
- Find full-text articles (EndNote only).
Classes are scheduled for Monday June 1.
Reference Manager 12
- 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.: Creating Reference Manager 12 Libraries
- 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Using Reference Manager 12 with Word 2007
There will be a ten-minute break between sessions.
EndNote X2
- 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.: Creating EndNote X2 Libraries
- 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.: Using EndNote X2 with Word 2007
There will be a ten-minute break between sessions.
