Region 1 News Release: 09-770-BOS / BOS 2009-207 U.S. Labor Department's OSHA cites Massachusetts contractor following fatal February aerial lift collapse on Boston's West Street BRAINTREE, Mass. - The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has cited Reliable Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC of Framingham, Mass., for five alleged serious violations of safety standards in connection with the Feb. 7 tip over of an aerial lift in Boston that injured a Reliable Roofing employee and killed an employee of another roofing contractor. ### U.S. Department of Labor releases are accessible on the Internet at www.dol.gov.
