As a former Federal Agent now working as a pi, I depend upon access to social security number information to properly identify witnesses or defendants in qui tam investigations and fraud cases of any type. Other private investigators trace dead beat dads or assist persons, whose identity has been comprised. Thank you, for considering an alternate point of view. Richard
