Comments:
The use of the SSN is the only way to verify the identity of the individuals we are tracking. Whether it be a fugitive with a warrant, or a person that needs to be served a summons or subpoena for court. With the number of people that have similiar names and DOB's the SSN is the only way to truly locate the correct individual. With out the use and access of the SSN the legal process of the Judical system would come to grinding halt. Investigators, Bail Bondsman, Process Servers, and Attorneys all of whom have been properly licensed by their respective states would be virtually handcuffed!
