To whom it may concern: I am a second generation Private Investigator/Bounty Hunter and for you to take away our investigative tool of the use of Social Security numbers will be crippling to the investigating business and will make it impossable to find a Repo or a Fugitive, which would impose a financial burden on the automotive and banking system and make it a lot easer for a fugitive to hide from the Bounty Hunter.
