Its high time the FTC do away with ones SSN, and its also important that if the United States is going to assign a "United States Citizen Card -USCC" that they be set up so that they each have a unique sequential code, but also one that doesn't let one know the wear abouts one actually lives except for law enforcement. Also their needs to be a federal law that protects US CITIZENS and over rides State Local Laws and what I mean is that they should be coded so that, if a person happens to be in any US CITY and has no money on them that they not be able to be arrested for vagency, some town ships arrest innicent people for having just a few dollars on their person, when they are not in their home state. Also the FTC should also code the USCC cards and make it eaiser for anyone who has a weapon permit to be accepted in any US State, presently law abiding US Citizens get a weapons permit at their local police stations and the minute they leave their state, they get arrested for having a weapon on them when their weapon permit should cover them anywhere in the US. In MA if your caught with a weapon without a MA permit, its an automatic one year in jail, yes MA does let one get a out of state weapons permit, but only if they feel like granting one to you, but should you try to travel from MA to another state like MD, NY, etc ones weapon permit is not considered legal, its time to make US LAW ABIDING CITIZENS be what they are US LEGAL CITIZENS and give them the right to protect themselves and their families when they are traveling from state to state on business or with their familys, also hopefully their would be less street gangs. As far as Collection agencys and bad debt, alot of innocent people have bad credit because some collection agencys try to collect money from some US CITIZENS who have experience some bad times in life or some business did not meet the consumers obligations and therefore refuse to pay the business for actual services not rendered. Any person can put any person in collections, and the law needs to be changed, and the FTC should make it a FEDERAL LAW that the only way a US CITIZEN is put in collections is if so ordered by a court after the case is actually heard and all evidence has been submitted. Also the FTC really needs to enforce the fact that if a US CITIZEN is willing to make any payment regardless of the amount of payment that they should be kept out of collections, Also the FTC really needs to look at the way credit scores are established, and just because a US CITIZEN applies for CREDIT from any US CONSUMER they should not be pentalized, nor should they benied credit because they applied to so many credit card companys, its up to the protential lender if they want to give the US CITIZEN a loan or not. Also there are a lot of mortage companys that put people in collections for misssing a few monthly payments, they are to quick to jump the gun, their should be regulation that after 6 months and after a Court Order the US CITIZEN be placed in collections, alot of people are losing there jobs to lay offs because of jobs going over seas, and sometimes it takes longer to land another job, and get caught up on back payments, not all US CITIZENS are dirt bags, yet collection agencys have put that title on a lot of good hard working citizens.
