FTC: Made In The USA Comments Concerning Monica A. Frey--P894219 MF 7/27/97 Made in the USA To whom it may concern, Regarding the made in the USA labeling issue, I'm writing to express my opinion.. I want labeling to reflect the truth, if it says made in the USA on the label, it should in fact be made, manufactured, produced with, by and owned by America and American products. I am not in favor of the altering this useful consumer aid, as I feel it's imperative that American's should be able to have honest knowledge when offered options when they buy products. Without this standard, how would we know if in fact it's ALL American? I'm in favor of free choice and if we are unable to know what our choices are, how can we make an honest decision?
